How the payment system works
Customers are required to pay for the service upfront.
The money will not be released to the tasker before the task is complete. When a tasker a done with the service, and the customer is satisfied with the service, only then, the money will be released to our tasker.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, please contact our customer agent to open a claim and we will get the matter resolved.

Taskmann offers secure payments to protects our customers private information.
We’re partnered with a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machine.
