Our taskers are bridging the gap between the virtual and the physical world. We are looking for highly motivated winter crew members that will go the extra mile to satisfy our customers, always ready to take on challenges and long term team members. You will get the chance to work with a very diverse team and we encourage a learn as you go culture. You will receive training and coaching you need to become a professional winter crew member. Our clients include residential and commercial winter services and we provide the marketing, clientele, and structure

Qualifications
- Experience is plus but not mandatory
- Must have a reliable mean of transportation and valid driving license
- Must have valid auto insurance coverage
- Great attitude
- Pays attention to details
- Pass a background check
- Be Reliable
- Available to work Monday to Friday with overtime as needed
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations and follow security guidelines as required
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to complete physically demanding tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
- Comfortable working long hours in a physically demanding capacity
- Work in all weather conditions
- communicate effectively with all staff
- Must be available on call at all times.
- shoveling or operating snow blowers
- Must frequently lift/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Responding to employee or guest requests
- Perform other duties as required
